Reservation

Reservations can be made by phone, but will only be valid after receiving written confirmation via email. Alternatively, you can book directly via email and receive written confirmation of availability.

The confirmation deposit, equal to 30% of the total booking, must be paid exclusively by bank transfer upon confirmation.

The balance for your stay will be required upon arrival at the beach and can be paid using one of the following methods:

Bank transfer

Credit card (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, debit card)

Cash

Note: We do not accept bank checks as a payment method.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email, specifying:

The booking period

the holder of the current account to which the refund transfer is to be made

IBAN/SWIFT codes of the current account.

REFUND of the DEPOSIT

Cancellations with at least 15 days notice

If written notification is received at least fifteen days before the arrival date indicated in the reservation, the entire deposit amount will be refunded.

Cancellations with less than 15 days notice

In the event of written notification of cancellation received within fourteen days prior to the arrival date, the deposit paid will be retained in full as a penalty.

Note: The cancellation policies above apply. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, no refunds will be given.

FAILURE TO SHOW and CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT COMMUNICATION

If we do not receive any written notification and the customer fails to show up, the reserved space will remain reserved only for the days covered by the deposit. After this period without any notice, the reservation will be considered cancelled and the deposit will be retained as a penalty.

No refunds are provided for early departures or late arrivals.
